These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of iProdigy Music Group, Inc.'s website (www.iProdigy.xyz) and its products and services in the US and in all foreign countries where game play is eligible: UK, Ireland, Canada (except Quebec), New Zealand, and Australia (please check local AU state laws before playing). Specific UK terms and conditions are displayed below the US and other foreign country terms and conditions on this page. By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Void where play is prohibited in the US. Do not play if you are located in AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, HI, ID, LA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NV, SC, TN, or WA. The above states are currently restricted from play, and your payment will be rejected by Stripe.
iProdigy is a game based entirely on skill. All outcomes are determined by player performance and accuracy. No elements of chance or randomization are involved. Void where prohibited in specific states, provinces, and countries.
All players must be 18+ years old to enter. No exceptions.
In playing the iProdigy game you understand and agree that you may occasionally hear and/or see third-party YouTube videos by artists which may include explicit language or suggestive scenes.
Tax Responsibilities: Players are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on cash prizes.
iProdigy is a game of skill sponsored by iProdigy Music Group, Inc. Players agree to pay $2 to play the weekly game. 70% of the entry fee is pooled for weekly prize money awards to be announced on Monday at 10am Eastern Time of the following week of the prior week's game play.
Players may play a current game during the entire calendar week but must complete the entire game in one sitting. There will be a new game every week. 30% of the entry fee is reserved for administrative costs, technology, and platform fees. Players must abide by the rules and terms and conditions posted on the website prior to playing the game to complete the game and earn the weekly cash prize. There is no minimum or maximum prize, as the prize pool grows with more players.
Weekly winners will be notified by email, phone, and/or US Mail, and will be paid by check, ACH, or VISA gift card from iProdigy Music Group, Inc. within 30 days of notification.
Less than 1k weekly players: 1 winner is awarded the cash prize.
Over 1K weekly players: 20 winners are awarded the cash prize split evenly, but the number one fastest player earns an additional 10% bonus from the pool.
If less than twenty players answer 100% of the questions correctly (as described in the above paragraph), the pool is divided among the actual fastest player count who answered the questions with 100% accuracy, unless there are less than one thousand players, in which case the fastest player with 100% accuracy wins the entire cash prize pool.
You agree to hold iProdigy and its partners or assigns, harmless from any claims against you for using this website or participating in game play.
iProdigy is not responsible for:

iProdigy is game of skill. There is no luck or chance involved. It is 100% a game of skill, whereby the players must skillfully complete 100% of the questions correctly and the fastest in order to win. All answers are found in links to YouTube embedded in each question of game play.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, and all transactions are processed securely through our designated payment gateway, Stripe. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. There are no refunds. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, users acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Anti-Fraud & Cheating Clause:
VPN use, multiple accounts, or automated bots will result in immediate disqualification. NO prize will be awarded and player will be permanently banned from future use. Sharing answers or collaborating unfairly will result in removal from prize eligibility. Willfully attempting to play the game in states or countries where games of skill are illegal shall forfeit the player's right or claim to any cash reward. No guarantee of winnings: Entry does not guarantee a prize. Winnings are determined by competition performance. Attempting to play for free multiple times will result in disqualification.
Players must be located in an eligible jurisdiction to participate. Any player found to be in a restricted location forfeits all winnings and is not entitled to a refund of their entry fee. By entering, players acknowledge their responsibility to comply with applicable laws and agree that iProdigy is not liable for any losses incurred due to non-compliance. We have proactive blocking, clear terms, and strict payout rules to prevent illegal participation. If a restricted player enters, they never receive a prize, not a penny.
Any legal disputes must go through arbitration first before a lawsuit can be filed.
iProdigy does NOT allow artificial stream generation. iProdigy does not provide playlist placements.

Terms & Conditions – iProdigy (UK Edition)
Welcome to iProdigy (“the Game”), a skill-based music discovery competition where players compete to win cash prizes by answering music-related trivia questions. This is NOT a lottery, raffle, or game of chance. All winners are determined based on skill. By accessing and participating in the Game, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully before playing.
Who Can Play? (Eligibility)
✅ Players must be 18+ years old and legally reside in the United Kingdom or an eligible country where skill-based games are permitted.
✅ Void where prohibited. If your local laws restrict participation, you may not play.
✅ Employees of iProdigy, its affiliates, and partners may not enter or claim prizes.
How It Works (Game Mechanics)
✅ Players listen to a featured song and answer trivia questions based on skill.
✅ Entry Fee: £2 per game round (or equivalent in GBP/USD).
✅ Prize Pool: 70% of total entries are paid out to winners based on performance.
✅ Skill-Based Ranking: The highest-scoring players receive cash prizes based on 100% accuracy and speed.
✅ No Chance-Based Elements: There are no random draws, no luck-based winnings, and no gambling.
Payments & Payouts
Entry Fees & Payments: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Prize Distribution: Winners are notified within 24 hours of game week completion Sunday nights at Midnight EST. Prizes are paid out within 30 business days by check, ACH, or VISA gift card.
Tax Responsibilities: Players are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings.
UK Compliance & Consumer Protection
✅ iProdigy is a skill-based competition and does not fall under UK gambling laws (Gambling Act 2005).
✅ We do not offer games of chance, lotteries, raffles, or betting.
✅ Payouts are skill-based and transparently distributed.
✅ Refund Policy: Entry fees are final and non-refundable.
Account Rules & Player Conduct
🚫 No cheating, multiple accounts, or automated bots. Any attempt to manipulate the game will result in disqualification.
🚫 Abusive behavior towards other players or staff will result in a permanent ban.
